EXHAUST GAS DUCTS. VERSATILE. DURABLE. MADE BY KÜBLER.

As different as the halls – as different as the requirements. And so is the exhaust system. Because the best
solution is always tailor-made, we also keep all possibilities open for you when it comes to exhaust gas
routing.

SINGLE AND DOUBLE FLUE GAS SYSTEMS.

One or two units with their own unit fan are connected together in these flue gas ducts. The flue gas duct
from the unit to the wall or roof opening is part of the system. The measuring point for the flue gas
measurement is therefore located in the transition to the vertical part of the roof duct or immediately
before or after the wall duct.

MANIFOLD EXHAUST SYSTEMS. A ROOF BREAKTHROUGH. CONVINCING BENEFITS.

The great benefit of these gas flue systems is obvious: instead of countless roof openings, a single one is sufficient. The exhaust gases from several units are discharged together via this system. A collection
exhaust fan ensures that the exhaust gases are removed. At any point of the manifold exhaust system. A breakthrough: this means lower costs. Less effort. Only one measuring point for the chimney sweep.
More safety.

And another benefit: manifold gas flue systems are the prerequisite for high efficiency systems such
as H.Y.B.R.I.D. and thus for maximum savings potential. By the way: Closed manifold gas flue systems are one of KÜBLER's innovations. Proven for decades.

All types of KÜBLER units up to a total output of 800 kW can be connected to the collective exhaust system.
Tested in accordance with DIN EN 777-1 or DIN EN 777-4. If you have any questions about the correct
design, please contact our technical department in Ludwigshafen or Dresden.

"The collector exhaust system alone is a great benefit if only one roof opening is required at a ceiling height of 22 m - and by the way, also for the chimney sweep."

FRESH AIR SUPPLY. FOR ROOM AIR INDEPENDENT OPERATION.

Fresh air intake is not required in normal operation and for normal applications. After all, the burners
have an extremely robust design. If the infrared heaters are operated in rooms with extremely polluted
atmospheres (e.g. chemical or welding dust) or in rooms with ventilation systems, they can also be
installed with fresh air supply. Room air-independent. For single and collective exhaust systems.

WHAT ELSE YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE EXHAUST SYSTEM.

The responsible district chimney sweep must be informed about the construction project. All parts of the
exhaust system are planned and installed with the device as a system. The system is certified according to
DIN EN 416, DIN EN 777-1, 777-2 and 777-4, G638/II, TRGI and VP118. The KÜBLER exhaust systems are
characterised by their high-quality material selection. For high durability and longevity.
